A secret smokey hideaway below the streets of Soho filled with music, theatre and woodsmoke from a 6m long central firepit. Watch chefs cook big cuts of meat over an open fire, press tortillas by hand and butcher all the meat from whole animals.
City is about steaks, fish, big wines, tequila, mezcal and gin. It houses one of the world’s biggest restaurant fire-pits as well as having its own dedicated butchery area on the mezzanine where chefs saw our own steaks every day to order.
Covent garden is the fiery mediterranean cousin. We have the same whole animal butchered meats from our small farms and the fresh local seafood and fish but we also have an in house bakery where me make 48 hour fermented flat breads and pizzas form imported Italian flour and natural yeats.
