This January we are launching our Hot Tempered burger across all restaurants, from Monday to Friday.
Made using sustainably and regeneratively-farmed rare breed beef, which has been aged and butchered in-house, the burger is made up of a Yorkshire beef patty topped with smoked brisket, chilli raclette cheese, bourbon-pickled chillis, house-made chilli sauce, lettuce and beef-fat mayo, served in a brioche bun with a side of beef-fat chips.
Priced at £16, it will be available from Monday to Friday at temper Soho, temper Covent Garden and temper Shoreditch from Tuesday 10th January and temper City from Wednesday 11th January, throughout the month.
