This National Beef week, we’re giving you the opportunity to learn from the masters

Celebrated barbeque chef Neil Rankin and his team will guide you through an expert butchery demonstration using the finest 45 day aged Hereford beef. You will learn about different breeds & cuts, the correct knife skills and the best way to cook your favourite steak.

You will then join us for a three course beef feast  showcasing the best of the animal.

£75 per person includes
